Voters in the September primary will have a chance to winnow down the field for the city's newly redrawn 15 wards and weigh in on the candidates for mayor.

Requests on the primary ballot for library levies fared well in Northeast Ohio. Every renewal passed, and Akron-Summit County Public Library's capital levy also passed, according to unofficial election results.
